This is a general guideline to determine what size tiers you will need. It is best if you let us suggest the sizes based on number of guests and style of cake.

6" Serves 6-8
8" Serves 10-14
10" Serves 18-22
12" Serves 24-32
14" Serves 40-55
Half Sheet Serves 50
Full Sheet Serves 100

Wedding Cake Flavors and Fillings
Our basic Cake Body choices:
White, Chocolate or Marble Sponge Cake.

Our custards are light and fluffy Our basic Fillings and Flavors choices:
Vanilla Whip Cream Custard
Vanilla Whip Cream Custard with a layer of Raspberry
Vanilla Whip Cream Custard with a layer of Lilikoi (Passionfruit - a big favorite)
Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse with a layer of Raspberry
Raspberry Mousse (a little bit sweeter than the others)
Mocha Mousse

These fillings and flavors carry an extra charge:

Flowers
Most brides on Maui choose fresh tropical flowers to adorn their wedding cakes, with or without separate cake toppers (like the traditional bride and groom). If we do the floral decorating, our usual combination is roses with orchids, or whatever else looks fabulous and is in season. We can work with your general color scheme, if you have one.
IMPORTANT:
We always do our best to provide you with the flowers that you request. However, as flowers are a live, seasonal item (and we live on an island where many things are air-shipped in) we reserve the right to substitute your requested flower choice. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being “whatever” and 10 being “very important”) if your requested flower selection for your cake falls between 8 and 10 to match your bouquets or be exactly what you have in mind, then we prefer you provide us with the flowers, or put them on yourselves.

Delivery and Set-Up
One or two tiered wedding cakes can be picked up - we are located in Kihei on the South side of Maui. We do not recommend pick-up for wedding cakes larger than 2 tiers, or cakes that require special handling. Wedding cakes that require on-site finishing or special set- ups may require a set-up charge in addition to the delivery charge. We can usually deliver to any part of the island any day of the week.

Ordering
We will accept all orders, even with 24 hours notice, based upon availability. However, we suggest you place your order three to four months in advance to hold the date, especially if you require delivery. May and June are our busiest months, and we suggest you block your day six months in advance. Once you have submitted a Quote Request Form we “pencil you in for the day”. If your date is filling up, we will notify you.

Deposits and Payment
A 50% Deposit is required to hold the date, or you may pre-pay the whole order. Deposit or pre-payment may be in credit card, personal check or cashier's check if received more than 2 weeks from date of delivery. For orders placed within 2 weeks of wedding date we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
If a balance is owed, it must be paid at least 7 days in advance of wedding in cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover.

Refunds
50% Refund of Deposit amount will be given up to 2 weeks in advance of delivery date. No refund for cakes cancelled within 2 weeks of delivery time. Most cakes may be rescheduled at no charge up to 48 hours in advance.

Liability
We cannot be held responsible for more than the original amount of the cake order if we are unable to deliver your cake due to inclement weather, road closure, power outages or other extraordinary incidents.
